10/21/26 update: Still nothing from actbest, zero communication other then there response to this review. I created a video on YouTube showing whats going on with this, it's titled " The ACTBEST Core ST 2.0 Plus Warning: What "Affiliate" Reviews Won't Tell You " unfortunately I can't post a direct link to it. Save your money! Ordered core 2.0 st plus Bike arrived fast, but out of the box has many manufacturers defects and is not usable! Wheel spokes loose and way out of round, tire rubs frame, derailer missing parts and wont shift correctly, gouge in frame and sharp metal burr that was painted right over, handle bars wont stay tight. Been trying all week to get customer support to respond with not luck! Next call is to my bank.
