We had our electric bike for about 8 months when it would not charge. We had a few issues getting a replacement part from them because it was coming overseas. Their customer service was outstanding at staying in contact to let us know when to expect the part. We received the part and fixed it ourselves. It works great now. If we ever needed another electric bike, we would definitely buy from them again. It makes it so much easier when you buy from a company that has outstanding customer service.

I’ve bought 2 E-bikes from the ActBest brand. The company provides quality E-bikes as well as being budget friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an electric bike. The company’s customer service is also great.

My family has purchased 4 Actbest bikes and love them all. After riding 1100 miles I did have an issue with my Blazer ST Ultra's rear wheel. After contacting customer service and submitting a couple of videos so they could determine what was wrong they agreed to send an entire new wheel assembly. Prompt service. I'm very happy.

An amazing company, honestly. I reached out to customer service with a perceived shipping issue (it was me being impatient), and received a response within that same day. The were professional and courteous even though I was in the wrong. Shipping for me was exactly as advertised, less than 8 days. The bike itself is an absolute beauty. I’ve ridden everyday since I received it and have just fallen in love. Would highly recommend purchasing from them ❤️

So far the bike has been absolutely amazing. I bought it for my daughter to get to and from her internship and school and its been highly reliable. She goes approximately 27 miles a day with her bike and the battery only loses half the battery. When me and my wife are ready for them, we will definitely buy more!
