All I can say is that the customer service is awesome and very helpful to answer any questions or concerns that you might have about your ebike. Upon assembly of my new ebike I noticed that the owners manual or the padlock did not come with my purchase. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful with anything that I needed help with. Thank you very much!

I ordered four bikes. Three shipped out together and arrived within five days of ordering. The other was shipped separately and didn’t arrive. The customer service process was amazing! The reps were always kind and accommodating. The bike was never found. It took a little while to complete the investigative process, but a new bike was sent to me at no cost. It arrived and I can not be happier with the entire thing. The bikes are amazing!!

Not gonna lie I was nervous to order at first.. But once my partners bike came in I fell in love with it after riding it. The drive on it is perfect and the bike it self is easy to handle. I fell in love w my partner’s bike that I had to order me another haha.. so now we both have Actbest E-Bikes!!! Keep up the good work. Now to just find a perfect basket for our bikes!

The customer service is terrific! I had a faulty battery that didn’t reach anywhere near the advertised range. I emailed them with proof and they quickly sent me another battery. The bike also is built pretty well I got a folding one. Will recommend especially at the price :) I also got shipped the ebike in about a week after purchase.

My wife & I have owned our matching ACTBEST bikes for about a month now and have really enjoyed them and our buying experience. One was delivered with some minor scratched paint on the top edge of the built in rear rack over the wheel that appeared to have been damaged in transit. We reported the issue directly to ACTBEST Customer Care to see how best to proceed and immediately began a process of customer focused fair and logical communication with Liora on how we could resolve the issue without all the hassle and expense of having to box up the bike and return it. This was resolved without having a a win-win fair solution that allowed us to continue to enjoy our new bikes without interruption. These bikes are great value, well built, and they receive compliments from those who’ve seen them. Thanks, Liora and ACTBEST Support Team 👍🏻 Richard
