⭐ 1 Star Review – AC Infinity Terraform 8 I purchased the AC Infinity Terraform 8 climate control system and unfortunately it has been a very frustrating experience. The unit freezes up and becomes completely unresponsive, and the buttons stop working. I sent AC Infinity multiple videos showing the issue happening on three separate occasions, clearly demonstrating that the system is malfunctioning. Instead of replacing the unit or offering a reasonable solution, their response was that I need to purchase a brand-new unit first and ship the defective one back so they can determine if it is actually defective. That policy makes absolutely no sense. As a customer, I already spent a significant amount of money on this system and provided clear video evidence of the problem. Requiring me to buy another unit just to prove the first one is defective is unreasonable and puts all the burden on the customer. For a company that markets itself as a premium grow equipment manufacturer, this level of support is extremely disappointing. The product may work when it works, but if you run into a problem, don’t expect an easy resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Terraform system or their warranty process.

I won some grow equipment from Highigan, my favorite streamers and one of the fans clips came broke, once I found the info they needed they pretty much instantly processed and shipped my new clip. Im pretty sure it was broken in transit so I dont blame ac for anything, I am super pleased with my tent, ai control, light, exhaust and fans they all seem to be of high quality and easy to install. A/C Infinity will be my go to grow equipment supplier from now on. Thank you.
