this company sent 3 months of medication when it was never prescribed to me by my Dr that way..at the beginning of the year so my medical deductible wasn't met and the copay company only pays for one month at a time..so now they want me to pay 3200 for this prescription that my Dr didn't even prescribe for ...the Dr had changed it to a different prescription that they accredo refuses to ship to me until I pay for the medicine that was wrongly shipped to me

I am filing this out of absolute desperation and disgust regarding Accredo Pharmacy's business practices. I am currently facing a critical health gap because Accredo has failed to deliver my scheduled injection. I have spoken to customer service agents four times, enduring 45-minute holds during each call. Every representative assured me the medication was scheduled. However, Accredo continuously cancels the deliveries later that day without sending any notification, text, email, or explanation, later blaming insurance errors that my provider and doctor have already resolved. This has gone for 3 weeks. Forcing a severely ill patient to repeatedly track down missing critical care with zero corporate transparency is inhumane. They are actively disrupting prescribed medical treatments. I am so disgusted with them, if I could leave zero stars I would.

Like others, I wish I could give this company a negative review. Slow shipping, missing doses and now the only way to refill is if you have their app. I dont want your app. Horrible customer service. Save your sanity and go elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. Cant get a straight answer, been on the phone for hours after hours.

I am appalled at the run around that Accredo has given me in regards to refilling my medication. I can't imagine if my condition was life-threatening. It is absolutely absurd that in this day and age, it requires a patient to field multiple phone calls to multiple agencies in order to refill one prescription. I'd almost rather live with my symptoms versus continue to go on with this months' long process of trying to refill a prescription that I have had with Accredo for over 5 years. The corporate shackles are too tight and there is no compassion or human connection on the other end.

If I could rate Accredo with no stars I would. They are incredibly difficult to work with. Teams do not talk to each other, their processes are complex and lengthy and they do not seem to care about their customer's experience at all. I wish Cigna offered another specialty pharmacy option, but sadly they do not and do not care about our requests either.

I don’t want to give them a star at all. From day 1 they have been a nightmare. Shipment delays, losing prior authorizations that have been sent to them several times by my doctors office. Claiming that its insurance holding it up then in the same conversation 2 minutes later saying insurance has cleared it and its being shipped that day… only for it not to ship that day.. or the next… or the next.. finally received it a week after it was supposed to be delivered causing me to have to reschedule dr appointments. Then this time my second order from them on this prescription they are saying all the same things… it’s like no one knows how to do their job there. They sugar coat everything trying to just pass you off. They promise text and email updates yet you receive nothing. You are told that you are about to get a tracking number to not receive one. I have cancelled my order with them. The staff is rude and disregard your medical needs.

My new prescription for Skyrizi arrived at Accredo on May 28, 2026 and they received the pre approval May 29, 2026. I have called twice and both times were told it was at the pharmacy waiting on the pharmacist. Today now makes it 14 days and it still says pharmacy verification in progress. Totally unacceptable. It’s obvious it’s sitting in a basket, not enough employees to handle the work load. I’ve been out of my psoriatic arthritis medicine for two weeks and I am in a lot of pain. I share that with the people on the phone. They assure me that they put a rush job on it but they have not my phone call is Friday. This is Wednesday and it’s still sitting in the same place with the Pharmacy stating Pharmacy verification in progress. I asked to speak to a manager. No one will send me to the manager on the phone. So my next step is, I’m going to call TriCare to see if there’s another specialty pharmacy. The Del pay for me to use so I can get away from Accredo. Their customer service is very very poor and they have no feeling for people in pain or their condition it’s just a business to them and because they have a contract with the government, they could care how poor they act.
