Communication is awful. Follow up is hit and miss. This is the pharmacy my insurance makes us use to order my son's life-saving medicine. Sometimes we go elsewhere and pay out of pocket because this pharmacy is so bad. It takes them a very long time to process prescriptions and if there is a problem (and there always is), you probably won't know without contacting them to find out. I spend a lot of time guiding them through almost every refill and sometimes it still doesn't get done correctly. To call this business a pharmacy (or a business for that matter) is a disservice to actual pharmacies (and businesses). This place is an outright joke, and not a funny one. I do not understand how they are still operating. I've dealt with them a few years now and see no signs of improvement.

Accredo is absolutely the worst. Unauthorized charge of over $1100.00 to my debit card causing overdraft fees. I spent over an hour on the phone to get my money back which will take 2-3 business day Les to get back into my account. They are fighting me on the fees. Every single time I try to get a refill, I spend hours on the phone with them. Terrible! I’ve never experienced anything like this.

I have literally been trying to get a biologic (that was approved by them) for TWO YEARS. I have been sick, in pain this entire time. I have contacted the most prominant law firm in the world, and am looking into what is required for a Class Action Suit!

I wish I could give zero stars for the nightmare this company has put me through. I’m 23 with rheumatoid arthritis and got put on an injection medication. It’s taken me THREE WEEKS to get my medication from Accredo after they created tons of issues to even fill the medication in the first place. No one seemed to know why my medication was taking so long, as well as repeatedly told me there were complications with my co pay assistance card when there weren’t. Turns out that someone at Accredo took my medication out of my account and replaced it with the wrong one. Once that was realized, they put the right medication back into my account but it messed with the co pay assistance activation. On top of that, they told me many times they would call me with updates about when my medication would be ready to ship and they NEVER DID. I always had to call and deal with rude customer service reps who were always unhelpful or I couldn’t understand. Finally, when I was able to schedule my medication to be shipped, after promising overnight delivery, they delivered it three days later. All in all, I went three weeks without medication with horrible help to figure out the issues. Do not recommend using them AT ALL.

Accredo is the WORST company ever! Their customer service sucks, the people you talk to have no clue what you are talking about, and they don't confirm your delivery date and shipping address! I just got off the phone with them and I thought the agent hung up on me because I couldn't hear anything and it was silent. I've worked in a call center before and I have never seen such stupidity! They just don't care! I wish I could switch to another specialty pharmacy.

What went wrong? EVERYTHING. What could they improve? EVERYTHING. This is the most useless, poorly run business I have ever encountered in my entire life. It is unbelievably bad. Criminally bad. It is like a Saturday Night Live skit on how to be the worst possible company ever. Only it's much much worse than a skit could ever be. After NOT filling my new rx for chemotherapy for several weeks due to (insert meaningless blathering reasons with assurances that they will mark my concern as "urgent,") I finally had one person finally admit (when I called yet again) that they actually could not fill my med. I switched to Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy, and they had my med scheduled for delivery in less than 24 hours. This business should seriously be investigated for class action and/or criminal charges ... there would be clear evidence of pain and suffering at a minimum ... and likely manslaughter due to refusing to due their jobs to dispense life saving treatments Just wow.

What an absolute cluster of a process. Eight phone calls later, I think I may actually get an order placed. So incredibly frustrating.

Trash fake pharmacy, I was using CVS with No problems then all of a sudden got switched to accredo who just makes excuses no to fill your medicine 'Humira' 3 months of no medicine and excuses. Living the American dream.
