Every month, Accredo is late with my father's prescription. A critical prescription in keeping him alive. This is the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. No customer service and they seem to enjoy transferring people to departments that can't help.

There is no way of contacting management outside of a call center. I’ve been trying to speak to management for 3+ weeks regarding a major error on part of Accredo. My son has been patient for almost 2 years and having him as a patient earns Accredo upwards of $13k per month, yet no one has enough time or care to return my phone call. We will be leaving Accredo for a smaller pharmacy that has time to treat us as valued customers.

Rigid in procedures. Stuck in the 20th century ( no online pharmacey allowed. Prescription renewals made by calls from random phone numbers so you wont pick up. restricted hours to call back. No Text ordering WTF? These jokers don't give a fecal turd about the customer service angle.As long as the ins. payouts keep rolling in to there bloated corporation. You'd think they would get the message? NO.

They are the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. I have spent hours on the phone daily with them as well as my doctors office trying to get an existing prescription refilled to which I have a letter from insurance approving the medication. It is unbelievable to me that they are allowed to even be in business.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst my insurance approved my medicine in Oct I STILL DONT HAVE MY MEDICINE! I HAVE ASKED BLUE CROSS TO MOVE MY MEDICINE AWAY FROM THEM! I’m going to call my local news team if they don’t get me away from them..

This company is horrible stuck on the phone for hours every month no common sense no education or training

They are absolutely terrible! It's nearly impossible to get a prescription filled without constant follow-up. You have to make multiple calls, and it takes an absurd number of attempts just to receive your medication.

Worst specialty pharmacy EVER! I received an automatic call to refill my medication but couldn't authorize it until I pay a past due balance of $3186. After multiple phone calls and 4 hours between Accredo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, express scripts, and loyalty drug assistance rep I found out that Accredo falsely increases the price of the medication and won't bill your insurance so the loyalty drug assistance pays them an inflated amount and then your responsible when the loyalty drug assistance runs out of money for the year. Here im stuck with a huge bill right before the holidays. What a scam!!!!!!
