Constantly flagging my prescriptions for review I have because 1 is filed and billed under medical and the other pharmaceutical on my insurance. They went 3 months before telling me that 1 was having an issue with insurance. Come to find out they were billing it wrong and to an insurance company I don't have so it was getting denied. They call for me but use my husbands name, they call him and use my name when it's the medication we are both on. They combined our accounts, none of our other pharmacies do that. Constantly making me and him late taking our biologics by weeks because evernorth can't get their heads out of the way. We had no problems until evernorth took over. Don't use them unless you want to be late on your meds regularly.

I’m truly amazed at the complete incompetence of a company that handles people’s life and death medications. 5 out of the past 8 deliveries of my biologic has been canceled with no reason and zero communication from Accredo. I had to call them to ask why my biologic wasn’t delivered last Friday as scheduled. They said “there a nationwide shortage”— this is an outright lie, there no nationwide shortage and they couldn’t even guess at a date that they’d have the medication back in stock. What? This is essential to my health. I have already missed two weekly shots due to Accredo’s utter inability to fulfill an order or communicate clearly. After being in the phone with them for the 8th time this week (it’s currently Thursday) I gave up. I am using another specialty pharmacy. These people should not even be in business. It would be impossible to find any company that’s more of a mess.

You did not ship my prescription to my location.been trying for3 weeks now. You just get the run around when you call. Please! Don’t ever use this company. They are so bad!

ACCREDO IS LITERALLY THE WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD. THEY ROBOCALLED ME NUMEROUS TIMES, SAYING THAT THEY NEEDED INFORMATION FROM MY DOCTOR, WHICH TURNED OUT NOT TO BE TRUE. THEN, WHEN THE DOCTOR RESENT THE INFORMATION, APPARENTLY THEY SAID THAT IT CANCELS THE PREVIOUS ORDER AND RESTARTS THE PROCESS. THEY ARE WORST AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. CIGNA SUCKS FOR USING THEM

I am from a providers office and have been trying to get a patient on a medication that is saying it's preferred. Once I got the approval (1 month later) because the PA kept getting denied.....they are now out of stock of the medication. They told me to call in another med which I did but it is showing not on formulary. PA on other drugs that was told to call in are denied because she hasn't tried the preferred drug that is not in stock. Patient has been without medication for 2 months. I have also been tranferred and disconnected more times than I can count after being on hold for 45 minutes and nobody calls back although they ask for call back number. This has been and is the worst company I have dealt with. Have been working in same industry for 18 years

If I could rate this as a ZERO star I absolutely would. Terrible Terrible experience every single time. Nobody is ever helpful. I’m in absolute rage 9/10 when I have to deal with them on the phone. Shipments cancelled on the day it’s supposed to be delayed. I’ve missed shot after shot because of this pharmacy. I don’t recommend anybody use this company. Run while you can.

I was customer of Acreedo and my experience overall has been terrible and the company is bill me for medication that I shipped back and was told by the customer service rep to ship back to avoid paying out of pocket. However You can not bill a custom for something they return and was told to return . I have joined a class action suit against the company and hopefully this will be resolved it seem like that have issues with bill customer properly .

Unfortunately, my insurance forces me to use this pharmacy for a specialty medication. If I could give negative stars I would. I had the pleasure of using Panther rare pharmacy in the past and they were amazing. I spoke with an RN every time I refilled. I’m on the phone with person number 4 this week at Accredo trying to refill my medication with delay after delay. Not only do the reps you speak with have no idea how to say your medication, they also have no idea what’s it’s for nor do they care. -10⭐️
