If you take any critical meds, find another pharmacy ASAP. I've been trying to get an extremely important med filled for a month. I call at least twice a week, only to be told every time that the script is finishing "processing," and they will call me "tomorrow" to schedule delivery. Tomorrow always comes, nobody calls, and the cycle repeats. I've been given at least five different phone numbers to follow up with, and we just keep going in circles where they promise to call "tomorrow." They were paid by my insurance weeks ago and still haven't delivered the medicine. My doctor's office is equally involved and furious. They are one of few specialty pharmacies my insurance will cover. I had to report them and find an alternative because it was getting urgent. My insurance told me this is a known issue and they are a, quote, "terrible company." For a specialty pharmacy to be this incompetent is actually scary. Specialty pharmacies deal with extremely sick and fragile patients who depend on prompt care. Disgusting and inexcusable.

If you are trying to get your child's transplant medications filled in a timely manner, good luck. Dealing with these people and their AI is impossible. I have made 4 calls in 2 weeks trying to resolve issues. They transfer your call all over creation, just to tell you they can't fill a certain medication. They are lying to me that they reached out to the doctor but then tell me, the med has to be filled through express scripts.

Another month another screw up. No concern that medication will not be received on time I have spoken to 4 representative in the past week, each one a different story. No resolution.

Absolutely dreadful. 3 weeks passed for my very important lupus medication. When I called after a week they had the wrong insurance info, so I gave them the correct info. Called back a week later and gave the correct info again. Called a third time and had to ask for someone onshore because they couldn’t answer anything beyond a basic script. When I got to someone onshore, they said the process wasn’t started and they didn’t have my insurance information!! Worst experience of my life. You cannot trust this company with life saving medications!

I take Skyrizi and have had multiple orders be late by 60-90 days when I'm supposed to take it every 3 months. In my latest issue with them, I changed jobs and insurance. In April I gave Accredo all of the information regarding UMR, my new insurance. They told me my insurance was fine and even gave me a shipment date for the next dose of my medication. Since then, the pharmacy started calling me back and asking me to update my insurance. Eventually I updated it 3 times and had to speak to multiple supervisors to find out why I had to keep resubmitting my insurance when I'd already been told it was fine and it was being shipped. At this point, I was already over a month late - again. The latest supervisor just told me that Accredo is out of network and could not explain why it took 5 months to figure this out. If you have any options, stay as far away from this company as possible. Although I spoke with some nice people who I think genuinely cared, their internal process are severely broken and they should not be trusted with anyone's care.

The most inefficient online and phone experience I have ever had when it comes to prescription medications. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. My doctor's office also tells me they are extremely hard to work with. Lately, they have added AI to the prescription request protocol (via phone, of course.) Once you have answered all relevant questions necessary to fill and ship the order, you are STILL transferred to a human, who barely speaks English, and who asks you FOUR times to repeat everything you recited for the bot. Maddening!

I almost never submit a bad review, but at this point it’s an obligation! Accredo Specialty pharmacy somehow messes up delivery of the same order every time. They tell you it’s being delivered, then contacts you again to say some error occurred. This happens multiple times for the same shipment!! Don’t use them if you don’t have to!!
