I’ve been a part of the 7cups community on and off for about 6 years now. I love it. As a mental health worker myself, I find it incredibly beneficial to have a community that dedicates itself to supporting others and educating on mental health.

I've been a listener here for around 2 years now, and it's amazing to see 7 Cups continuing to grow, and the community becoming larger. 7 Cups is really supportive, and the support I have had as a listener has been amazing. I'd definitely recommend it, and there's something for everyone, from the forums, to group rooms to one-to-one chats :).

I have been a volunteer listener for 6 years on the website, i love the community we have been building and how it keeps growing. Even tho we still are working on making the community better it has been great 6 years.

I just joined in here to volunteer and help out people. Then, I fell in love with the whole experience. You have peers, mentors and everyone just like angels in heaven in one place. We rarely find such beautiful souls in real. Ofcourse, listening and being there for members brings a smile to my heart. It's been self-discovery as well. Thankyou :)

Such a great site! I love how all the listeners are so kind and supportive. They offer great listening and compassion skills to help me vent off. Love the training programs available and the group support rooms. Thank you!
