7cups is amazing!! it has really changed my life!

7Cups is a great and comfortable place to be part of a certain community and even develop personal skills like leadership and content development ♥️ But what makes that place special is that it prioritizes our self-care the most which other places/communities overlook. But of course nothing can be perfect, and I was ignored a few times but overall it's been a great experience! I'm glad such application exists.

This is a great site! You can talk about anything that is troubling you, or just talk. If you need to be heard there are people that would be honored to listen here.

I don't even know where to start really. My journey on 7Cups started about 6 months ago, with the intention to help people in need. This site gave me the opportunity to do that, but so much more as well. I started a lot of trainings on the site, I studied hard and I am getting more motivated to help people all around the world every day. Through connecting with so many different wonderful people, I realized, that I grew too. I recommend this site to everyone, really. No matter if you want to help, or need help, 7Cups will offer you a opportunity. Thanks to the 7Cups team!

7 Cups is a great initiative. A place where people can find "peace" in their hard time, "courage" to deal with difficult situation and most importantly "hope" when things look dark and hopeless. It's a place where People help People, a place where we make sure that nobody is alone, people get the help they look for. I have been a listener on 7 Cups for almost 5 years now. And during this time I have tried to help people, and in that process I have been able to help myself as well. It's still improving and bringing so many positive changes. I would say, if you are feeling alone and lost, just give 7 Cups a chance and we'll always be there for you.

This site is an absolute gift to every person who is struggling with mental health issues in their day to day life. The best part about is that help is available 24/7 and totally free of any cost. I'll rate it a 5 start because the people working here give their heart and soul into making people comfortable and feel heard everyday.

seriously glad that i found 7cups, that too at a time i really needed it. absolutely amazing for someone to vent out their anger, sadness, worries, anxiety, excitement or literally anything else. listeners are friendly and do their best to help out, not only users but fellow listeners as well and the atmosphere is ver calming. it's just been a life-changing experience for me, in a more than positive way.
