While there are some great listeners on 7Cups, the website is very lacking in moderation and lets a lot of unprofessional accounts remain active. Use with discretion as this is not a crisis resource.

I've really enjoyed my time volunteering as a listener at 7 Cups! Most listeners and members I've spoken to are all really kind and sweet and I've generally had a very positive experience! Aside from a few negative member experiences (inappropriate messages etc), I typically end a live chat feeling really hopeful and like I've contributed in a way that was helpful to another human being ❤️

7Cups does a brilliant job at helping people who need it, as it offers free online help 24/7. I feel thrilled to be a part of this supportive community! I really want to continue helping others as much as I can.
