I have been a listener with 7 Cups for about five months, and I can confidently say that this platform has profoundly enhanced my skills in active listening and communication. 7 Cups has equipped me with the tools to understand people's emotions better, which aligns perfectly with my personal goal of helping others improve their lives. Through active listening and sharing, I've seen firsthand how we can guide individuals to understand themselves on a deeper level. 7 Cups is truly making a difference, supporting thousands of people on their journeys. It’s a community where you feel a sense of belonging, surrounded by well-trained listeners who make you feel safe and valued. I wholeheartedly recommend 7 Cups to anyone looking to make a positive impact on others while also growing personally. It’s a remarkable platform that fosters connection and understanding.

7 Cups has empowered me by helping me to improve my active listening skills and providing an opportunity to compassionately support others. It's a great solution for people who are seeking free counseling and support online. No platform is perfect, but this is by far the best solution I have found out there. And trust me, I looked.

I have been a listener/member with 7cups since 2017 and it has been a wonderful journey for me. It gives me a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment to be able to utilize my caring personality to help others. There are listeners available around the clock and around the globe, as well as group chat rooms and forums where support is always available, even for listeners. There's no limit to the amount of listeners one can talk to, so options for support and perspectives are endless here! 💫 Sometimes all we need is for someone to sit in our moment of suffering with us without offering solutions, or process our achievements with us without comparing us to those with bigger goals. And that is exactly what 7cups is. There is safety, compassion, and a comfortable seat for every one here 🪷 You can feel heard here, you can feel supported here, you can learn here, and you can give here. I hope you will come join us soon! 😊

I have been a listener for a few months and I absolutely love this community! With the high costs of private mental health therapy, this is a safe haven for many people when they just need someone to lend an ear.

Where else can you find free online therapy where the listeners are trained properly how to help and support one another?

Therapists are discovering that 7 cups today has lifted all their info from their business websites and create fake “profiles” on their database.
