This experience showed me how to become a leader and grow a community. I learned ways to keep people engaged and how to manage discussions. I also learned just how important groups are and the diversity of it. All around great internship and definitely something to do if you want to improve leadership skills.

I've recently joined 7 Cups as a listener and my only regret is that I wish I found this site sooner. Not only does it allow me to help others by offering a listening ear to situations they are going through, the company also recognizes and offers an opportunity for a listener to discuss their life challenges with others on the platform.
