This product and all like them are a scam. Don't waste your money. After I finally went back to my waxed she remarked that my hair was thicker than before I started this. The only way to get rid of hair is to professionally laser or wax.

Their product didn’t work for me, so I took them up on their “90 day guarantee” and sent it back. Well, I’m inclined to believe that this company is a scam because I sent it back on February 7th (over two months ago) and they keep telling me they issued me a refund, but I haven’t received one. So, maybe don’t waste your money. You won’t get it back. Update April 20th So, the company sent “proof” that they sent me a refund on March 28th. But after sending it to my bank, turns out it’s not really proof at all. It’s just a paper that someone created. The bank has no record of any company attempting a refund. 5minskin kept telling me to wait for the refund, so I did. Well, now it’s been too long and I can’t file an official dispute. So, this company is officially a scam. I can only assume all the good reviews are fake, which is really a bummer cause they got me. They’re pretty smart to encourage you to wait until the end of the 90 days to try to return their product, cause now my bank can’t do anything to help me. You will absolutely not get a refund. So, order their garbage if you want, but any money you spend with them is gone forever.

Yep, I should have read the reviews before I bought this. I bought one and tried to use it and it wouldn't even turn on. I tried to email their support and was told it didn't exist, so I tried the phone number and just kept getting put on hold. So mad 😡

I received an email on 3/9/23 that my shipment is on the way. I looked at my tracking number and it said that the label was created, and it continues to say that to this day. Here I am almost 1 month later and I'm still waiting on my shipment which I was supposed to receive within 2-7 business days of ordering. I've reached out to the company, they respond to my emails and state that they will check with the shipping department but nothing is done past that point. I'm getting nowhere with this company. I'm beginning to wonder if they even have a product to ship to me. I'm very frustrated with this company. At this point, I just want a refund I'm tired of waiting on this item. I wish I would have read all of the other reviews prior to ordering from this company.

So I haven't had it long enough to see if it works, but I will say, I'm pretty sure my shady neighbor stole my package and when I contacted them they sent me another one free of charge. So customer service complaints are bs. They were on it! As for the device I can't tell you yet! But it was packed in good condition and arrived in working order

I ordered this product 5min skin for my wife on December 15th 2022, did not receive tracking til Dec 28th 2022. Product was sent back to shipper. They said they would send a new one right away. This did not happen. Now March 20, 2023, no product, no refund. Do not buy from 5 Min Skin.

Had mine for over 4 months and it doesn't do anything! Very disappointed especially after spending that kind of money!!

In januari product besteld, volgens de website binnen 2 dagen verstuurd. Na een week nog geen info. Pogingen gedaan om te emailen. Uiteindelijk via de Amerikaanse website support kunnen bereiken. Een reply ontvangen dat ze leveringsproblemen hadden door de grote aanvraag en dat ze direct zouden sturen wanneer het product binnen is. Daarnaast een refund beloofd van 35.99. Nu weer een maand verder en mail welke ik stuur aan support @ 5minskin.com komen niet meer aan omdat het domein niet (meer) bestaat. Toch zie ik tussen de review wel klanten welke hun product hebben ontvangen. Ik denk dat we gewoon ons geld kwijt zijn. Beter geen zaken mee doen! Update 7 april 2023, na deze review vraagt 5minskin meer info op over deze review. Zou er dan toch nog iets gebeuren??? Update 19 april 2023, email ontvangen van het bedrijf dat ze het issue willen oplossen. Informatie verstuurd aan 5MinSkin. To be continued.... Update 21 april 2023, na enkele vragen over de order welke ik al eerder had gegeven, email ontvangen dat mijn verzoek is doorgegeven aan relevant team..... Update 1 mei 2023, weer een mail gestuurd wanneer het relevante team contact zal opnemen. Update 2 mei 2023, email ontvangen om te beoordelen hoe tevreden ik ben over het afgehandelde probleem. Wellicht ten overvloede dat de reactie die ik gaf niet positief is.... Update 4 juni 2023. Helemaal niets meer gehoord van dit bedrijf.
