The company is very helpful in general, and especially helpful with email reminders when it is time for me to order more contacts. The website is easy to use and only takes 5 minutes or less to order.

1-800 Contacts is an easy and inexpensive way to fulfill your contact subscription. Everything is done over the internet and they even file insurance for you. They ship so fast as well! I would highly recommend!

The shipping is fast and the customer service is excellent. My eyes changed several times this year and I was able to return the unused contacts for credit. No one else does that.
