1-800 ContactsReviews of 1800contacts.com

So easy to use, my contacts arrive super fast. The exam is so easy to do and takes so little time. Every customer service representative is super helpful and polite

I accidentally ordered the wrong contacts. 1-800 Contacts contacted me and brought it to my attention. They helped me to order the ones I previously used. That is wonderful customer service, thank you so much.

Customer service representative helpful and kind. Process for returning contact lenses that can no longer be used was made easy.

My experiences with 1-800-contacts has been superb. The website is fairly easy to maneuver. I only uploaded my prescription and they took care of the rest, I was especially happy to know they buy back unused contacts. Wow, what a deal. My prescription changed and I had quite a few lenses left. Again, they took care of it. Telephone service is amazing, with extremely nice snd efficient staff. No problems there. All in all I can’t think of any problems I have had with this company. I have bought my contact lenses from them for the past few years and I will continue to do so if service continues to be as excellent as it is.

This is the best place ever to order contacts from. Great prices, service, communication and delivery. I’ve never had any problems at all …. It’s even easier than getting contact refills from my eye doctor!

At first, I was a little apprehensive of the site if it was trustworthy and would get me a good deal better or close to my eye dr.on my contacts. I gave it a try and I love it! Once I called and talked to an understandable and compassionate gal Lyndie and she got me set up with the necessary rx paperwork. She took the order and they arrived very quickly. I was impressed and will continue to order from 1800 contacts. Their system WORKS well and I receive a text just before I run out and it’s a simple click to reorder with quick and affordable shipping. I haven’t tried the glasses side yet but,am considering since my pair is older.

Very easy to navigate order with quick delivery.

Easy to navigate and very easy process. They found my insurance without issue and everything worked out during the checkout process. I received my contacts without issue and am very pleased.
