1-800 Contacts has been great! Super easy ordering, fast shipping and made it so easy to return unopened boxes of contacts when my son's prescription changed. I also appreciate the reminders for reordering!

Always quick and they make the ordering experience easy. I've used them for years and they have been a lifesaver. Im the type to always wait last minute to replenish my contact supply and have been known to run out, having to be blind for a bit. They always come through with super fast shipping and efficiency every time!

I was so impressed. I didn't realize that I kept uploading the expired prescription for my contacts. 1-800 Contacts sent me a message that they were verifying my prescription. I didn't understand why, but okay. It wasn't until after I received my contacts, which arrived in 2 days, and was verifying my prescription, that I sent them the wrong prescription. However, they caught my error, even before I did, and sent me the correct contact prescription. That is amazing customer service. They truly do look after you. I will always use 1-800 Contacts now.
