Zenplanner is such a great way to keep track of members. It has so many features. We have been using Zenplanner for a few years now and we are still learning and finding ways to make everyone's experience great. Thanks Zenplanner for helping us keep all memberships and attendance on point.

Best platform out there, but it's really more a case of taking the most good with the least bad. I very frequently have issues with my billing that I have to go in and manually fix (assuming I even realize the issue in the first place, or when a customer complains) on known bugs in the ZP system. Customer service is nice enough when you can get them on the phone in any form of timely manner.

Zen Planner provides me with all of the tools I need to successfully manage my CrossFit Box, and their customer service is responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Lots of data that you can't get to. Cludgy interface that doesn't let you manipulate or compile any meaningful data. It does a lot but it doesn't scale well. Lots of big options, but none of them do the full job in each area.

The app sucks and there’s no ongoing education or improvements. I’m actively looking for a better product and will likely change soon. Gregory
