Fast, efficient, quality, decent price. Delivery rather expensive

Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. Double check the prescription. Everything was correct but when my glasses arrived, the prescription was horribly wrong to the point where if I put the glasses on for more than a minute I get violently nauseated. Tried reaching out through their customer service email three times, no response. Tried calling their 844 customer service number, never got a person. In fact, their customer service number does not even label itself as being YesGlasses, just a vague automated “hello you’re being put on hold.” This is looking more and more like a scam; would not recommend.

Glasses fit perfectly and the lenses were the correct strength.

Glasses arrived in timely manner in nice, firm case. They have improved my vision just as I had hoped. They are lightweight and rest easily on the bridge of my nose. Very happy with this purchase.

The price was a fraction of the cost of my last glasses purchased from my local optometrist . Fit and quality are good.
