Toujours très pro, merci à eux même si entre les frais, la TVA et la commission… faut s’accrocher pour rentrer dans ses frais, mais ça c’est une autre question finalement. En terme de sérieux et de service, il n’y a rien à dire, c’est propre! Un petit mot en plus pour le service client toujours réactif et à l’écoute. Bravo les amis! 👍

The purchase process was great, but as I was a first time buyer here I wanted to ask Customer Service about the process and it was very hard to reach them- simply ringing no answer or vm or anything. When I reached them the line was so bad that I could hardly hear them. Otherwise all ok, received the tickets on time and no problem

Be aware that your order will be canceled if you miss their call.Take 35% cut from the seller and buyer, but terrible service. After the sell, they will call you to confirm it and if you missed their call they will cancel your order. No, they don’t send you an email to do this check, nor do they tell you that they will call, and there were plenty of time to send me an email but they didn’t bother (11 days before the event). The worst part is that after the cancellation, they didn’t inform me and I was still sending them the tickets 5 days before the event. Only after I send them the tickets, they told me that the order was cancelled. I was not paid, the buyer also did not get the original tickets.

Hi Kate, We did send the email to notify your ticket sales and requested to send tickets or ticket download links as soon as possible. We got no response for 48 hours, we attempted to call you multiple times but call not connected and also sent you SMS but no response. As per our terms and conditions if no response is received from sellers for 48 hours then we have a right to cancel the sale without notice and would fill the order by other sellers. Apologies for the inconvenience. We offered you to list your ticket again for sale as most tickets get sold 24-48 hours before the event. Thanks
