Dear Mr. Shah, Ticket Prices are set by Sellers on our platform and could be higher or lower than face value. For very high demanding sold out events the ticket prices are some times 3-5 times higher than face value. It is a global trend all over the world and its nothing to do with our service. Could you please reconsider to give us higher ratings if find appropriate. Many Thanks
Purchased tickets for the NYE fireworks in London last minute, website had strong reviews on trustpilot otherwise I would of not purchased the tickets. Advised they would turn up 1/2 hours before the event, tickets actually turned up at 20:50 still enough time to queue but had assumed we where not receiving tickets so made other plans. Decided to head down to try and get in the fireworks as last entry was at 22:30 however we where turned away as the ticket format wasn't on Ticketmaster, they refused to even try scanning the tickets so unsure if they where genuine or due to policy from the event. In all fairness to ticket xchange they issued a full refund straight away as it appears there was lots of issues with these tickets.

Dear Sir/Madam, We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience you experienced at The Mayor of London’s Fireworks show due to the online e-ticket links provided by the third-party seller not working, which resulted in your entry being denied. Unfortunately, approximately 9% of orders involving online e-ticket links were denied entry, as those e-tickets were deemed fake despite having valid barcode tickets indirectly supplied by Ticketmaster. Stewards at some entry points specifically targeted tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster, insisting tickets be on the Ticketmaster app or account. However, the majority of our customers did gain access to the event with these e-ticket links. We have already issued a full refund to you, which should arrive back on your card within 10 working days of our email of refund confirmation. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received the refund confirmation email from us with your order reference in the email subject. Once again, sincere apologies. Firstly my review was only 1 star. I bought 3 tickets from their website for last night event in London. The tickets were fake. Me and my family travelled from Cyprus to England to change the year and enjoy the event but cause of them the night was destroyed. I changed my review to 3 stars, because the next day they made a refund. As website is trustworthy but they loose the 2 stras cause of the low safety barriers to their sellers.

Purchased a ticket For the NYE Fireworks London, paid £114 White Gate!!! Travelled from the midlands only to be denied entry was told by the security the ticket was Fake and no entry would be allowed and that 100s of others were effected…. I used trust pilot to check this company before I purchased but seems like that even though the company seemed ok waking up today shows a number of others with the same experience!!! Totally disappointed….. but will say they refunded me within 48 hours… I would just say be careful who you allow onto your platform and do business with as they will give your business a negative reputation but for that reason I’m rate you better

Updated again to add that I do now have an email apologising and it seems they themselves were supplied with fake tickets. This unfortunately seems unavoidable. Updated to add that I have now received a full refund but no apology or reason for what happened. I’ve upped the stars slightly but would be wary to buy from here again due to the issues mentioned below. Paid over £160 for 3 tickets for the pink area, got all the way to the gate after travelling into London and was turned away and told they were fake. I had checked Trustpilot before purchasing as I have learnt from a past mistake…. Can’t even trust Trustpilot anymore. What a way to end the year.
