Awful customer service and very deceptive promotion advertising
Awful customer service and very deceptive promotion advertising. Signed up for a free 21 day trial prior to committing to subscription. Wanted just sports plan but was told the trial was only available for the full plan, so i started that trial. Sports plan had an active promotion for $20 off per month for 6 months. When trial ended, I went to switch to sports plan and get the active promotion, but Customer Service refused to offer it because i started the trial for the full plan. Canceling that trial and starting a sports plan then made me an active/returning customer and not eligible for the promotion, even though I never had a paid membership. They refused to let me escalate to a manager. This is insane! BEWARE!
