Customer service is very poor. I am the seller of the event icc champions trophy. I uploaded the tickets before 14 hours and the event starts tomorrow, and still now I didn’t get any acknowledgment from the xchange ticket team. How can i be at peace ? Still now I didn’t get any assurance that my duties are completed and i can wait for my payment relaxed. This is frustrating really.

ITS A SCAM. We brought the NY London firework tickets, we got to the entrance and got denied. There were multiple people with the same ticket, as us who also got denied. We were told it was s scam and they are fake. So do NOT buy anything from this company, the tickets were 190 pounds. Every review made seems like they are fake or they are made by a robot. I’m so incredibly angry and disappointed. I have now sent an email saying I want a refund, I don’t really have hope for that will happen… again this company is a scam. Update: I have gotten a full refund! But I think it was quite disappointing since we flew from DK to UK to experience this. We luckily found something better, but it was really disappointing. I bumped a star up since we actually got a full refund. But just be aware.

Dear Sir/Madam, We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience you experienced at The Mayor of London’s Fireworks show due to the online e-ticket links provided by the third-party seller not working, which resulted in your entry being denied. Unfortunately, approximately 9% of orders involving online e-ticket links were denied entry, as those e-tickets were deemed fake despite having valid barcode tickets indirectly supplied by Ticketmaster. Stewards at some entry points specifically targeted tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster, insisting tickets be on the Ticketmaster app or account. However, the majority of our customers did gain access to the event with these e-ticket links. We have already issued a full refund to you, which should arrive back on your card within 10 working days of our email of refund confirmation. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received the refund confirmation email from us with your order reference in the email subject. Once again, sincere apologies. Avoid. Sold tickets and now been three weeks and still not been sent payment. Phone number of website just rings out, chat function is useless and email not responded to. No address on website as in the process of raising a small claims case against this firm. 26/01/2023, updated as finally company got back to me. Standby the fact that their telephone number is useless and just rings out and their online chat function and agents are not fit for purpose. Leave conversations half answered and so you do not know if they have actioned your request or not. Nor do they follow up with you. Was previously a 1 star but have given it 2 star as they did respond to the email. 31/01/2023 - Will not be removing this review as standby what I said. Your customer services is the worst I have ever experienced. You do not inform the seller of what action you are taking and only after chasing do you finally respond. Your website is so poor, you can’t even get to the account function without having to navigate a number of complex options. Woefully and hopelessly company in my opinion and not to be used.

Mr Syed requested to cancel the paid & delivered order over chat. We cancelled & refunded the order and informed the customer not to use the provided e-tickets to avoid denied entry. The seller panel was updated automatically where Mr. Syed (Seller) wouldn't see the paid order anymore for his tickets as per his request. After few days of event Mr. Syed has started demanding seller payment, Is this justified? We are sorry if you didn't get chat reply DONE. We have already sent Mr. Syed proof of order cancellation emails to customer. Please remove this review post. Many Thanks
