Great mats and service 4 yrs ago for my Genesis GV 70. They fit great and now looking at some for my new car. They have some new choices, carbon. Can't wait.

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely had a terrible time going through x1 mats took over 5 months for my headrests and mats to come just for them to have extremely off centered logos and my logos to be the wrong color. I then tried to talk to them but they blocked me rather than helping me. I would never go through this company.

Hello Nick,
At X1Mats, we always welcome feedback, but it’s important that future customers also understand the full context behind this order.
IYour order was unique because it included a special request not listed on our website, custom headrest covers with a personalized logo. X1Mats does not normally sell headrest covers separately, but we made an exception to accommodate you. Since all our products are custom-made to fit exact vehicle specifications, we required detailed photos and information about your headrests before we could begin. The time taken to receive these inputs from you contributed to the overall delay.
In addition, you requested a custom logo, which requires additional design, production, and quality checks. While this extended production, we kept in touch with you throughout the process. The total timeline was closer to 3 months, not 5 as stated.
During our internal audit, we identified an issue with the initial headrest batch before you received it. To avoid you receiving the wrong product, we immediately created and shipped out replacements. When you reached out with concerns, we responded promptly and confirmed the replacement was already on its way.
As for the claim that you were “blocked,” we want to be very clear: X1Mats never blocks or avoids customers. We remain available via calls and email for all customer concerns, and we are committed to providing transparency and support.
X1Mats has been in business for over 5 years, building a reputation for premium, custom-made mats and seatcovers that are far superior to generic, mass-produced products. While custom and special requests can extend production times, they are handled with the same attention to detail and care we put into all of our products. We do our best to deliver with the same commitment to quality and service.

It is going on three months and this…
It is going on three months and this company can't tell me when my order will be deliver or if its even in production, like they say. This is the worst company I have ever order stuff from and its not the first ,should of went with my instinct not to deal with this company again.

Hey Frank,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. For transparency to those reading: your order was never placed into production because we currently do not have the trunk mat measurements for your specific vehicle model. Our products are all custom-made to exact specifications, so accurate measurements are required before we can begin manufacturing.
In your case, we informed you of this limitation and promptly issued a full refund. When you reordered, we again explained the same issue and refunded you a second time. At no point were you left waiting for months while an order was in production; the order was cancelled and refunded both times.
We understand this may have been disappointing, but it’s important to know that X1Mats will never move forward with an order we cannot guarantee a proper fit for. This is part of our commitment to transparency and quality.
X1Mats has been serving customers worldwide for over 5 years, delivering premium, custom-made mats that are 3x thicker and more durable than generic alternatives. While we can’t produce mats for every vehicle variation, we always put honesty and customer satisfaction first.

Floor Mats & Seat Covers
I have ordered floor mats for 2 of our vehicles and also floor mats and seat covers for my Slingshot. Every item I've received has been the best quality. Excellent customer service and X1 has me as a lifetime customer. If you are on the fence about ordering, don't hesitate, I strongly recommend them. They are worth every penny and are quality and durable. Best part is you can customize to your liking.

Bad quality products and deceptive…
Bad quality products and deceptive busines practices. See my exchange with this guys Maverick. They wont refund however will buy time to act as if they will fix.
Maverick,
As discussed while you were screaming at me. I understand that your company does not want to retrun and refund. Therw arw several issues as i explained over the last 3-4 weeks now.
1. The delivery was delayed by 2 weeks, I accommodated your explanation back then
2. When i received the mats I reported the quality issues and you told me thats how the mats were made.
3. You kept providing me false dates and assurances and I kept asking for a refund.
4. Today you finally mentioned that you wont refund my money and wont fix the problem as well.
I am gonna report merchant fraud and unwilligness to fix the problem to my cc company

Hello Sudhir,
Thank you for your feedback. While we understand your frustration, we want to provide some clarity for future customers reading this review.
From the beginning, our team– especially Maverick, one of our top-rated customer service agents, remained consistently responsive and professional. In fact, most of our positive reviews come from customers who praise his communication and dedication. It’s disheartening to see the interaction described inaccurately.
To address the claims:
1. Delivery Delays: Your was shipped out earlier than the time frame, we communicated upon confirming your order with full transparency that your order will be manufactured within 21 working days due to the high volume of orders – which you acknowledged and accepted at the time.
2. Product Quality & Fitment: We reviewed the photos you sent, and explained in detail that the mats were not installed correctly, especially the trunk mat, which appeared to be standing rather than laid flat. We also verified that the 2nd-row mats matched the design for your specific model, and the areas you mentioned were not covered and are not intended to be by design.
You mentioned during a phone call that the quality of the mats was great, which directly contradicts your public statement about “bad quality products.”
3. Refund Request: Our policy is clearly stated on our website: because our mats are custom-made to order, returns and refunds are not applicable unless there's a proven fitting issue. In such cases, we gladly provide a free replacement. However, after careful review, your order did not fall under this category.
4. Dispute & Resolution: Once a chargeback was filed with your credit card provider, our hands were tied. As with most businesses, any open dispute halts the resolution process until the case is closed.
X1Mats is dedicated to delivering high-quality, made-to-order products and excellent customer support. While we regret not meeting your expectations, we believe in standing by the facts and continuing to provide the service that thousands of happy customers have praised us for.
We wish you the best, and should the dispute be resolved in our mutual favor, we’d still be open to assisting you further.
Drive Safe,
X1Mats
X1Mats seat covers were very well made
X1Mats seat covers were very well made. Beautiful design and craftsmanship. Support was timely and responsive with comments and helpful input. This was the most enjoyable and pleasant aspect of the whole experience.
Only concern would be the fitment process. This was not just a "pull over and pull down" excise. This required stripping off OEM covers and applying quite a bit of pressure to compact the fairing inward, on the top portion of seats, to get the martial in place.
Drake from X1Mats was a true professional, top notch. I would buy from them again.
