Their customer service is horrible- no call backs after leaving several messages about an issue with the delivery of my custom wheel cover. They sent it to the wrong address and I had to pay for the post office to re route it to my correct address. The final product issue - sent them a core for them to install the leather wrap and purchased a thickened (padded) leather cover as an extra add on. After finally getting finished wheel in my possession - it was as thin as the OEM wheel… so I contacted them via email (because the never return calls) and they gave me some kind of excuse that there was padding but it wouldn’t give the wheel much more thickness. Huh? Then why would they advertise and charge for extra padding to thicken the wheel? That is misleading and false advertising. They would not fix it or allow me to return it. I am now out all that money including the core wheel that I purchased to send them….they just re wrapped with no thickening as advertised. I could have just kept my OEM wheel. I will never use them again and discourage anyone who is thinking about Redlinegoods to customize their steering wheel. Very disappointing!!!

Redline made me a custom cover specifically to go over existing factory wheel of my Cadillac CTS-V. I was nervous at first but aftera test fitting i knew it was a perfect fit.I used 120 grit sanding of the wheel to scuff up the factory wheel and some e600 glue. It turned out great! I couldn't be happier with the final result.

The best indicator of a quality company is how they treat you when something goes wrong. I ordered a custom center console cover (beautiful perforated Napa leather with red stitching). The first shipment made it all the way from Poland to my location (Tucson, AZ) only to be "undeliverable" via FedEx. Who knows what that means. Anyway, as soon as I contacted RedlineGoods, about the FedEx screw up, they put an order in to replace it and then shipped it to me via expedited status at no cost to me. Thank you RedlineGoods (Mike) for the excellent customer service.

have had numerous steering wheels "redone", most high end cars; always a ton of money. My client on this project wanted something custom to his desires but being a more entry level Ferrari did not want to spend a lot. i sourced Redline really looking for quality at a value, after a few emails i sent them the piece and it returned very nicely done as per instructions! Will absolutely use them again, in fact will be sending another wheel for a duplicate of the work!

not many companies have product for a 97 VW GTI. Got the leather shifter boot with matching E Brake boot. Directions were perfect and they installed perfectly. The product its self is a 10/10. excellent quality.

I ordered new leather for my steering wheel from them and when it arrived, I decided that installation was beyond my ability. I contacted them and they quickly told me how to send it and my wheel to them for professional installation. Turnaround was quick and the product and installation are 1st class. The matching door pull covers I got from them are also beautiful and not hard to install if you have some skill and patience. - If not, they can do that, too. Excellent quality and very responsive customer service. Infinite selection of coverings and stiching.
