This company is the worst. Ordered mats August 8. Still have not received. Sent numerous e mails requesting status. They keep sending the same response. It is in production but do not know when it will be completed. I requested a refund, but they refused. I disputed charges with credit card company. Stay away from this company. Terrible to deal with and not reliable. Poor follow up and lack of communication. STAY AWAY.

This company should be avoided at all costs. You can literally buy the same mats from the supplier directly via Prime for a fraction of the cost and prime backs the product up. No questions asked. This company is hands down criminal in how they operate.

I was told that I would receive my mats in 21 working days and still haven’t received them! I’m now at the three months mark and keep receiving excuse after excuse. Use another company. They were quick to take my order, but no product.

Made an online purchase on 6/28/2026 for $370.84 for floormats and was giving a lead time of 21 days to be shipped...its now been over 3 months 9/29/2026 and merchant still has not shipped items nor can they provide an exact date to be shipped...yea i got scammed X1Mats.com

Mats are nice but customer service was bad, mats took about 4 months to come, order was messed up and now I have to wait another 4 months don’t order from here bad experience all around

The only mat that fits my 2006 VW GTI is the front passenger side. The rest are all wrong for the car. It took forever to receive them. Way longer than I was originally told. And I understand that I have an older car, soni wasnt too surprised. The problem is, once I advised cust service that they don't fit they started to question my competence. Unfortunately, it took me a bit to check to see if they fit due to a family emergency a couple of days after I received them. They questioned that. They also questioned whether I was sure that they didn't fit. The back seat floor mat is HUGE. I could tell right away that it wouldn't fit. I have a hatchback and this mat looks like it's for a 4 door. It just doesn't fit. The front driver floor mat covers the gas pedal completely. They are making me take videos and pictures of me "trying" to install the mats. On top of that, they are suggesting that I get out a tape measure and check the new mats against the original mats that came with the car. Come on! Why would I lie about them not fitting? What car did they compare the mats to when they were making them? It defiantly was not a 2006 GTI! This is not my mistake, it's X1Mats mistake. I have a bad feeling about the return/refund process. So far, it's not going well.

I purchased for an Alfa Romeo Giulia. The mats fit perfectly and the look is amazing. The mats were installed in minutes and made the car look completely different and unique.
