Garbage product horrendous customer service
I can truly tell you never have I experience worse level of customer service. Shame on this company taking my hard earned money that I pay taxes on to send jobs to another country where I'm treated like a piece of garbage It is impossible to imagine that those jobs could not be given to any American even with six brain cells I refuse to support any company that ships or jobs out of this country when we have unemployment here and people struggling The audacity of this company to demand that not only can I provide proof of purchase but I must remove this device snap a picture of the back to send the MAC address NOT HAPPENING You are assuming that when you make this demand each person is able-bodied and can reach his device to access the impossible absurdity just not a picture of the MAC address. You're assuming no one is handicapped, has limited mobility, maybe wheelchair bound in addition to having to pay someone to remove this device to access the information you demand You're being cheap you're being offensive,, to being rude, insensitive to make such a demand I am fighting a formal complaint with the FCC, FTC, CFPB and offices of attorney general in my state and yours I'm also filing a formal company but Amazon and Best buy to stop carrying your products You sell a sub quality item and that is very evident in Reddit trust pilot and other areas of the internet and in addition you send her a job to another country and you expected we must adapt to understanding them. You expect a disabled person to pay someone to access the MAC address on this device I will now dedicate endless amounts of energy in addition to the one hour plus of my time talking to people little to no knowledge whatsoever to support your product because you're probably paying them $2 an hour Greed has consequences. I'm outrage I'm filing the Americans with disabilities make them aware that anyone purchasing your product in order for them to receive it warranty replacement or as you offer a credit which means we're stuck with buying your garbage over and over I would rather throw it in the trash If you think that these reviews do not matter you better start reading them Consumers in America must understand they will not work hard for our money pay taxes on it for you to send those jobs to other countries when we need those jobs here Charity begins at home that concept seems lost on you I made it very clear to your representative today that I have access to the Mac information on principal I refuse to comply with your absurdity and your insensitivity to those with disabilities This is your way of driving a vast majority of the population from benefiting for refund or replacement of your garbage product Your successfully made it difficult next impossible for compliance Shame on you. Shame on you Wake up and realize consumers are very savvy our words carry our opinions matter You keep your product and your foreign employees I'm buying products from other companies and I will strongly advocate with vigor that no one buy your product Show quoted text
