Happy with the products I get from them, if not sure on best item for myself they are quick to respond to emails and help the best they can, also same for if you have issue quick to solve the problem weather it replacement or instruction to help reset. I will always get powerbank from this company as do what they suppose to do, specially in emergency cases.

Extremely satisfied with INIU products and especially with their customer support team. They handled my warranty claim smoothly and efficiently, proving that they truly care about their customers. If you are considering buying from this brand, do it with full confidence both product quality and after-sales service are top notch.

They attempted to make two charges against CC for a single purchase. CC company blocked it. Chinese scamners. Still no product.

Customer service rep Karlin was very helpful with my order and question regarding my 3-year warranty for my product. Took a few emails to get things done but everything worked out fine in the process of my warranty. Thank you INIU and Karlin.
