11.15.2023: I am only giving this a 1 star because ZERO is unavailable. Their 90 day money back guarantee is a scam. I tried to get a refund one-week into the product after my vet told me to cease the supplements and go with a shot instead as my dog isn't absorbing the supplement in his gut (he's 14). After round and round and round and round with customer service, who was clearly going off scripts, completely ignoring my dogs health and repeatedly citing their certifications, or biosecurity protocols blah, blah, blah and finally only being offered 30% of a refund I am, naturally furious. The time, energy and frustration could have all been easily resolved swiftly but yet: here we are. Shame on you Wuffes. You can do better. 11.16.2023 UPDATE: after 16 emails and communicating with three different people I finally received my full, 100% refund. Thank you! This may very well, and judging by all the positive reviews, be a great company with wonderful, helpful products, bhuut damn: getting them to sway from script was challenging.

The joint & hip supplements have been making a world of difference for my 15yo Aussie mix who has arthritis. What's more, the customer service team is excellent - shoutout to Veronica for efficiently helping me solve a recent shipping issue that was no fault of Wuffes, but meant we'd receive the next round of supplements later than anticipated. She kindly handled the issue and got a fresh shipment on its way to us.

I tried the Advanced Hip & Joint support on my old pup and I'm a believer in the product. He really seems to be getting around much better. I also started him on the Daily Probiotics and that product is also helping my old pup and he is doing much better. My husband and I are retired and on fixed incomes which makes the expense a little hard on us but for the results I am seeing in Pup it is worth it.

I have had our dog child on glucosamine of an “reputable recommended” brand for many years. It just didn’t seem to be working anymore, so we started a prescription drug. I disliked the repetitive testing, liver dangers and high cost. He was sedated on it. Then I found Wuffles . Our 11 year old heeler dog child ate them happily with no tummy upset. He hates pills. He likes Wuffles. Then we took an extended trip and ran out of Wuffles. I started using another supplement that I had on hand.Our dog child started limping and having back leg issues again. So, I ordered more Wuffles, and our dog child is back in action. No limping, no favoring his left leg. I am sure it’s the Wuffles that keeps him sound. I proved it to myself. I love that he eats them with no fuss. I love it’s all good ingredients that I can feel safe giving him daily. I love that it’s not a sedative.
