Cautiously optimistic

UPDATE: after two shipments it seems my next shipment I got a free bottle of Salmon Oil! That’s awesome to me. My last shipment of treats were black looking rather than their tan/brown appearance. I was worried something happened so I contacted customer service. They were very nice and told me to look into the batch lot and pictures of the treat. They then said it was fine. I don’t necessarily believe them haha, but I’ll see if the next shipment is different. I don’t think the supplement should be changing color between batches so I’ll keep this update and may update my review. My dog gets so excited for these treats it’s insane. I think it did help him walk a little better too. Their marketing on facebook though always scared me because it seems scammy in a way. Their marketing with the CEO acting like their product is above everyone else in terms of what’s in their supplement and how it helps the dogs always seems a little off putting. Or their videos of the dogs acting like their uncomfortable and then a red pulsating dot over the joint to make you feel bad for the dog (when the dog being video’s is probably fine) seems fishy to me. That’s why I was so skeptical about this brand.

Do you still carry daily probiotics?
Do you still carry daily probiotics? My dog loves these and I need more. So where can I buy them
By Jan S.
Response from Wuffes· Apr 8, 2024
Hi Jan! Thank you for reaching out to Wuffes! We unfortunately do not carry the daily probiotic anymore. We do however have a lineup of other great products designed to give your furry friend a better quality of life such as the Joint Chews, the multivitamin and wild Alaskan salmon oil to name a few. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us!

BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! Wuffles is not an honest company. If you buy them, and your dog does not like them or they make your pet sick, you cannot return for 90 days! They will offer to send you another product to try and offer to give you a whopping 30% off, maybe. Like I’m going to try and force my dog to keep taking a product that makes them sick or refuse to eat, just so I can abide by their ridiculous 90 day ‘guarantee’. Hell no! UPDATE: They refunded 50% of my money now. I’m so irritated, because my response would have been … ‘NO THANKS. I’ll wait the 90 days and you can refund 100%!!’ However, I highly doubt they honor their policy even after 90 days.

Hi there Danelle. We apologize for this experience. We are so sure that our products will help so many pups that if by after 90 days of trying them out, you still don't see the expected results, we will apply the warranty. Do not worry, we will go ahead and issue a refund to this order.

awesome supplements!
These supplements have been a great addition to my pups meal every day. He’s older now, around fifteen. I think they’ve helped him feel a bit more comfortable and more mobile. He also seems to love the taste, despite them smelling a little odd.

Aldahir was so helpful
Aldahir was so helpful. I have loved the Wuffies hip and joint supplement for my German Shepherd. He is now at the end of his life and I needed to cancel a big order and it was done quickly.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Sent 2nd autoshop in 12 days . Was on 40 day autoship and intended to cancel. All you get are pre written responses, nothing that pertains to your situation. Chat is all AI. Email AI and phone is rude. Out 90 dollars for something I don't want , my dog hates them.

Response from Wuffes· Apr 10, 2024
Hi there Christine. We are so sorry to hear that your experience hasn't been pleasant for you. We will do everything to make the situation easier including the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience.
