Wuffes customer service was excellent! Wuffes honored the money back guarantee since unfortunately it did not work for my dog. They returned my email, cancelled future orders and refunded my money within 24 hours of request.

I purchased Wuffes Advanced Hip & Joint Support for Small to Medium Breeds for my three senior dogs—but mainly for my beloved Chiweenie, Cheddar. Toward the end of her life, Cheddar suffered from serious hip and joint issues. She was in diapers and could barely stand. On the rare occasion she managed a few steps, it truly felt like a celebration. I had tried various treatments and injections to help her, but nothing seemed to bring real improvement. One late night, desperate for anything that might help, I came across Wuffes. I was very skeptical—Cheddar was declining quickly, and I was holding on to any hope I could find—but I ordered it anyway. To my surprise and joy, it actually helped. After taking the chews, Cheddar became more stable when trying to stand. She made efforts to walk and was even able to. It was such a gift to witness that progress, even if it was just for a short time. Sadly, Cheddar crossed the rainbow bridge in October of last year due to other health issues that couldn’t be fixed—but I truly believe this product made a difference in her quality of life. I’m deeply thankful for Wuffes for making such an amazing product. And I want to especially thank the customer service team, especially William, who was kind and supportive when I needed help. I wish I remembered the names of the other wonderful reps I spoke with, but please know your compassion meant the world to me. Thank you again for helping give my girl some comfort and mobility in her final days. This product is a blessing.
