We’re very happy with the floor. They match the floor to my other wood floors perfectly.

Sales service was great - got a great price and thorough explanation as to what would occur during installation. Unfortunately, what sales had stated would occur did not match what actually occurred - the install people did not scrape the leftover mortar off the floor (we had specifically discussed with sales to pay for a scraper so that the floor would be level for the install), so the final floor install is uneven and looks sloppy. Also, the install people left too much glue residue between the wood planks (didn't wipe them down). The install truck that arrived looked like a 3rd party that WW was using, but regardless, their service was subpar. Overall, I would not use WW again for install. I may consider them for future wood flooring purchases, although I may opt to select a different supplier with a more reliable install team.

Worked with Joe Sheehan, great guy. Explained everything clearly without any high pressure. Pricing was fair and a few discrepancies we found on the billing (items charged for but not performed) were quickly refunded with no aggravation. Their Installation crew was professional, neat, cleaned up after the job was done and very respectful of our home. Would definitely use WWFC again and gladly recommend to others.
