Very good software, it really helps to find opportunities to improve your ads, especially with tons of campaigns that might have duplicate keywords competing with each other.

Terrible company and performance, but great salesman working you from day 1 to get that contract signed. Just checkout the Adwords screenshot I included. You can see that right when I started using Wordstream and following their algorithms' suggestions, and those of the consultant, COSTS SOARED HIGHER, and yet CONVERSION RATE PLUMMETED. My 3 month contract ended and I canceled two weeks prior, which is 12 days earlier than I needed to, and yet they still charged me an extra month of fees and refused to refund me my money. Their service is terrible and they banged me for an extra month's fees despite my written cancellation beyond the minimum time frame required. I wouldn't buy a bag of peanuts from this company - total trash.
