I worked with Hannan R (Display Now) late on a Friday afternoon in need of customer service. Wow, wow, wow! Not only did he pick up the phone but provided exceptional customer service!! Keep on doing what you are doing, you are setting yourself apart and making customers happy. How refreshing, especially in the tech industry. CB

Service is perfect for our food truck. Staff is very friendly is always available when we need help. Whether it is a screen dilemma or just needing to learn how to use a feature, we always get a response in a timely manner. I like being able to set up a zoom call when we need the extra support. We are on our third year with DisplayNow!

Love to hear this! Thanks for your feedback. - Chris
Had some issues we needed to correct with our account. Reached out and got the help we needed from Hannan, who was SO professional and pleasant to deal with. He figured out what needed to be changed, who needed to be added, and explained everything clearly. Now things are back on track and we are very grateful to Hannan and Display Now!

Have been billed multiple times for a yearly subscription. Over 6 yearly subscriptions submitted for the one service in 2 weeks

Hi Nick, we reviewed your account history. It appears you have multiple people sharing the same login and even your email which we do not recommend for a variety of security reasons. If you put everything into a Group, you can invite people to collaborate and then changes show up in our Activity Log. It looks like Kylie was needlessly adding new screens. Since we bill per screen, a warning is very clearly shown before the purchase goes through (that triggers a pro-rated charge given you are on annual billing). Hannan from our support team reversed all of the charges and helped clean up your account immediately upon request. You do not need to add new screens every time you upload media. We are open to feedback on how we can improve the user experience. Please email us and I'm happy to review it. Thanks - Chris
