Even though their payment portal was slightly faulty, they were very quick to get back to me and resolve the issue. The person on the other end was also very polite and patient.

Holmes, thanks for letting us know about your issue. Glad to hear you got it sorted though. We use Chargebee for billing so there's not a lot we can do to change their interface but we will certainly relay feedback to them.
We enjoy the service. We have been using it for a couple of years now for our small business. We like to display before & after photos of existing clients in each styling room. It could be a tad more user-friendly but not too bad if your tech savy.

I was charged for a Pro Account when I signed up for Basic. It took a few weeks to chat with a support person, but the matter was rectified and I am a happy customer. I will continue to use this service. Thank you, Hannan!

Thanks for the feedback. We did some digging, identified where the communications lapsed and have fixed that up. We appreciate your patience and are happy to have you as a customer.
Easy to use!

I want to make a suggestion. It would be nice to have a screen uptime graph for every screens, to see when they got online or offline, and a summary too, for uptime times and/or periods, like Cacti software for Linux servers or some kind of this. Thank you for the great job what you do at DisplayNow.
