Ebikes are relatively new to the insurance game. You had options other than Ebike class 1 2 3 that most didnt.

I applied for eBike insurance and the process was easy and pricing was great! They also have an identification process that worked without difficulty.

I did not get to speak with your customer service department; but, I was able to do an on-line chat. I am not a fan of typing my questions out, however, you left me no option... Thankfully my issue was resolver easily and my policy is now in place. One recommendation or should I say two: 1) You should let your prospects know that if they request a policy on a weekend, they will need to wait until Monday through Friday to have a policy in effect. 2) You should provide a phone number for your prospective clients to use when they decide to insure with you...

It’s a little weird that the name of the legal insurance isn’t oyster, i had no warning it was going to be different and was very sussed out

So far with the process of getting and obtaining a policy quote was fairly easy. Time will tell about the future service, and hopefully l wont need to use it but overall I'm satisfied with the service...
