Oyster is a fraud
Oyster is a fraud. They first take full payment for a year and when you file a legitimate claim they ask you for tons of documents forcing you to abandon your claim and you end up paying for the repair because it's a hassle to gather all the documentation they ask. Stay away from these people. They just want your money. It's a false protection, an illusion, difficult to process a claim. I repent having bought two policies for my two iPhones.

Hi Moris, We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Our electronics insurance policy currently only supports annual billing and our insurance partner has established a claim settlement process where documentation and additional information may be requested for a claim to be properly reviewed. These requests help minimize fraud, as the documentation will help the insurance carrier review all details accurately. We understand this may take additional time and will pass along your feedback for improving the review process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Thank you, The Oyster Team
