Listened to my concerns and held off on shipping the program

I had not used all my product and didn’t need my refill as fast. Not sure how I was so sparing with formulas, since my results were awesome. AGENCY was so helpful and suspended my next shipment for 3 months !

I had a terrible experience with the Future Formula product and their customer service. I was on it for several months, and although I was breaking out worse than ever, they told me to continue using it. I finally went to a real dermatologist, and she said that they are likely using poorly compounded ingredients that may cause more issues than they solve. I had been on high concentration tretinoin before with no issues. If you do try them and don't see results in a couple of months, learn from my mistake and stop treatment immediately.

The product has a lot of ingredients to improve my skin and after a couple uses I do see a difference.

I have decided to try this product reading about online, and after I find out that they will ask so many personal questions about the skin type and especially the medical issues and medications every individual might take for different medical reasons! Thank you take those first pictures! After forst application of formula made special for me, I seen a change! My face was so happy, it was getting rid of the dead skin cells like I was not washing my face for months! I use also make up for a long time, to cover up, and my skin was clogged, and I have large pores...I can say that after 1week I could see a clear face,I am amazed and grateful and honestly in 25 years of always covering with expensive make up products only, and thousands and thousands of dollars I won't use make up ! Ma face looks good, clean and it feels great! The price is also so great and it makes the formula accessible to everyone! Congratulations team! You guys are amazing and number one! I love you all,❤️ and I wish you Merry Christmas 🎅 and happy holidays!!!
