The wine rack does not do a good job with champagne bottles that do not have vertical sides. I have added bars to the front to solve that problem and that should be an option that is available.

The service was excellent. I received prompt and helpful responses from an actual person. The ordering process was relatively simple, though I was FLOORED by the shipping cost (nearly 35% of the product cost). With that, I had high expectations. It still took the product several weeks to arrive. It came while I wasn't home. Someone was supposed to inspect and sign for it, but UPS just left it, unceremoniously, on my porch. I'd highly recommend that WineRacks evaluate a different shipping strategy. The product itself is nice, but is in no way "perfect" - areas that required additional sanding, areas that had chips or splinters - and not anything that could be written off as a result of mishandling during shipping. For the price tag, I was expecting better quality. That said, they are the only operation I could find ANYWHERE that had the sizes I needed, so that's appreciated. If I ordered again, and could find the sizes I needed, I would consider trying another supplier.

A cable wire was missing, and I had to re wire the humidistat to correctly work the humidifier. But after that it works.

the two wine racks were shipped without sufficient screws to assemble. it took almost 10 days to remedy the issue

Poor fit on one lower bar

Your wine rack design, ordering, building, shipping, timeliness were all great. We received the rack undamaged. Your assembly instructions could use some improvement. You should add a note to use pilot holes for screws. This keeps a hard wood from cracking. I should have thought of it myself but adding this step will prevent negative feedback in the future. I did call to see about getting three horizontal spacer bars due to mine cracking. The customer service rep said you could do that and would turn it over to production team. I’ve heard nothing since and have not received any replacements. Hmmmm… However, the rack design and functionality is great and they are being put to good use.

The wine racks were continuously delayed in shipping. Once they did arrive the pallet was so bad and falling apart, the shipper had to put the WineRacks pallet on another pallet just get the lift under it. Assembly of certain of the smaller wine racks was quite difficult since the construction of the pieces at the factory was misaligned and poor. My contractor and I had to cut and re-work many of the pieces so they would go together. This was time consuming and added extra expense. Finally, there were a total of seven screws short, requiring another trip to the hardware store. Really, you can't include extra screws in a $5,000+ purchase?

There o k but not at that price
