Product was as expected, basic but effective. There were a couple of decent sized broken-off pieces of wood, but I fixed them with wood glue in about 5 minutes.

We're sorry to hear you had damage to your wine rack. We do warranty our racks to be free from defect and would happily replace the broken pieces for you if you contact us.
We bought an 8ft- and a 6ft-wine rack for our wine cellar. They look great. We love the modular design which allowed us to adapt the racks to our cellar. The only thing we had not expected is that they came in pieces and the assembly required we purchase a pneumatic nail gun. This was not specified anywhere and is not an equipment everyone has. Some essential pieces were missing but they were provided when we contacted customer service.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for any confusion but we try to make things very clear with our product descriptions and offer options such as pre-drilled spacer bars for screw assembly that you can choose when purchasing your wine rack. Brad nail assembly is by far the most common, fastest and most "invisible" way to assemble the racks. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Great rack, although different than one purchased about 4 yrs ago. The only problem is that the spaces are too tight for burgundy/pinot type bottles.

Should be noted these cubes are pine veneered plywood, but that's OK. More stable. They were easy to assemble and sturdy.
