Hi Kelapathy, Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear you liked the vanity itself. To clarify, our vanities and countertops are shipped separately by design to ensure safe transit and to allow proper alignment during installation. The countertop is intentionally not pre-attached, as final positioning and securing (including sink alignment) should be done on-site to achieve the best fit depending on plumbing and wall conditions. We understand that this can be unexpected if not clearly communicated, and we’re currently improving our packaging and instructions to make the installation process more straightforward. Regarding alignment and fit, the countertop is designed to sit flush once properly positioned and secured. If there were any gaps or issues during installation, our team would have been happy to provide guidance or assistance with troubleshooting. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving both our instructions and overall customer experience. — Willow Bath & Vanity Team

Hi RL, Thank you for your feedback — we take situations like this very seriously. First, I want to clarify that we did in fact reach out to you the same day your concern was raised, apologized for the delay, and ensured your order was moving in transit immediately. We always make every effort to meet expedited shipping requests, but in some cases there can be short processing delays depending on order specifics and logistics scheduling. We understand how important timing is for your project, and we regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. That said, we would like to better understand the full context of your order, as some of the details mentioned don’t fully align with our records. If you’re open to it, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order information so we can review everything in detail and make this right. We are committed to providing both quality products and responsive service, and we’re always here to resolve any concerns. — Willow Bath & Vanity Team
