They always respond quickly and give good information.

Having someone to talk through my concerns with given that we don't have a good emergency vet situation where I live was SO helpful. The professional on call talked me through what was going on, listened patiently and responded with kindness. She assured me that likely everything is ok, and told me the signs to look for that would mean a trip to the emergency vet. I already knew all of this from years of experience, but having someone to talk through it with me made all the difference.

Got connected with a certified vet tech in minutes, we had a 20 minute or so conversation about my dog and some issues she had been having.
