Great product Great service The pull tab on the new packaging could be a little bit bigger to make it easier for these arthritic hands to get hold of, but otherwise you're GREAT!

WFR has been a game changer for us and our dog’s health. We love the brand so much for that and we want to remain customers for our dogs’ lives and all dogs to come. The only reason we are docking a star is because we have had issues in with not receiving the number of patties paid for (IE, order was short), or incorrect quantity of each meat (IE, 7 turkey, 7 beef, 7 duck ordered, but 6 turkey, 6 beef, 9 duck received). WFR does ship the correct number of patties when informed (with the exception of one instance paired with poor customer support on initial outreach which still does not sit right with us), but for the cost of this food we should not have to count the box every time due to a level of distrust.

I'm kinda disappointed with the new packaging .. grabbing the top liner is kinda a pain .. the film is too thin to not struggle with it. I end up using a scissors like with the original packaging. I also subscribe to Ollie and their packaging is more substantial. Thanks ... my pups do love "we feed raw" and I'm happy for the addition of kelp.

The food has been great for our pets and has arrived with no problems. I am curious as to why you changed the shape of the product. Since my dogs prefer cooked meat over raw, the new shape is harder to deal with. I have to divide one package among 9 dogs, and trying to cook and cut the new bulkier version tends to be an issue.

Hi David, thank you for your review. Our new patties have updated dimensions and are thicker and taller than our previous ones. The recipes are exactly the same, complete and balanced, formulated by our PhD Animal Nutritionist. The only small addition is Norwegian kelp, a natural source of antioxidants and trace minerals that support thyroid function, immunity, and overall health. No changes to meat ratios, nutrients, or supplements. As a gentle reminder, we do not recommend cooking the patties all the way through because a) serving raw allows nutrients to be most bio-available and b) all of our recipes have finely ground fresh bone. It's perfectly fine to gently sear, but we wouldn't advise cooking all the way through. If you have any questions, please let us know.
