Sam (my 9 yr. old Doberman) seems to be pretty happy with his food. As long as he's happy with the way that I prepare each meal, it's gone within minutes. So much so that I sometimes have to divide the food in half.

The reminder so you can make adjustments, the tracking, delivery, and the packaging allows everything frozen to remain frozen. The individual packs are easy to open from the designated corner. One of my Frenchies love it and the dry. I mix the two for her. The other one is not so enthusiastic. At the moment, we like the duck, but if she is true to form, we will loose interest tonight or tomorrow.

Dogs love the food! Female was very fussy w kibble and left contents in bowel for my male to finish. She was not happy w feeding time. I use tge topper plan for my two dogs and the meals are devoured as soon as tgey are put down . The female is excited again to eat abd is a “ new dog”- tge coats are healthy and tge “ chewing on paws” has stopoed with my male The measuring cups and comunication on initial order needs work- i ran out of food for tge male when my wife fed them as i was gone. I requested emergency food snd that was a process where i ran out and was feeding one dogs food to the other snd tgey were different recipies- upon communication they stated “ use a scale” in supplement to the measuring cups? Since i just use a little less in measuring cups That was only negative and i recomend this food for sny one serious about their dogs health

My dog absolutely loves we feed raw does a dance for breakfast and dinner everyday. The quality of food I feed my dog is very important. He is now at his ideal weight. All started because I didn't like all the fillers and preservatives put in regular kibble. So happy we found we feed raw. I have had an occasion or two where it took customer service a few days to get back to me but that's the only downfall Have recommended to many of my friends Thank you

So far, my senior bichon has had no issues transitioning. She is still preferring the cooked meat in her bowl over the raw, but overall I know she will eat and enjoy the raw food once fully transitioned. Her breath smells much better, I’m noticing good bowl movements (she’s always suffered from constipation), and a healthy amount of energy for her leisurely lifestyle. I love the level of attention and information we feed raw provides as well! My only complaint (or wish) is that they had plans for kittens as well because I currently have to use another company for my kitty. 4/5 because we’re still in the beginning stages and because of the unavailability for kittens.

My dog loves the raw beef. I have never seen him go right to his food as soon as I put it down and not only eat it all in minutes, but lick the bowl clean. However, he did not like the turkey, sniffed it and walked away. Haven’t tried the chicken or lamb yet. We will see but the beef a definitely a hit.

I like everything about the product and service. One issue is the difficulty in opening the thawed packages .

The products are fantastic. My senior dog loves them and is very happy with his food. Always a pleasure to receive the delivery in perfect frozen condition and restock the freezer. The only hitch we have experienced is very inconsistent inclusion of the treats we have subscribed to receiving with each delivery. The WFR team has been helpful in shipping make up treats between deliveries, but it feels wasteful to have extra shipping costs for WFR and environmental impacts, too.
