It’s nice to have a dog food that is healthy for her and i don’t have to add anything. This food contains everything. We competed in dog agility and qualified and went to nationals. She is so healthy and has all the energy she needs

We LOVE your pup!😍
Great product, however the frequency increase from 2 weeks to 4 weeks after the first 2 weeks without blatant notification is a poor business practice in my opinion. I was hoping to stretch the next order in with some food we prepare at home but here I am having to deal with configuration changes I wasn't aware about and a surplus I don't have room for. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hi Andrew, We’re sorry the change in box size and delivery schedule caught you by surprise. The Starter Box is a smaller, two-week box designed for the transition period, when you gradually mix meals with your dog’s previous food. Before checkout, we explain the Starter Box and show what future full-size boxes will include, their delivery frequency, and the weekly price. We understand it’s frustrating to end up with more food than you have room for. We couldn’t find a prior message from you, but we’d welcome the chance to help. If you decide to continue with us, please email [email protected] with the email on your account. We can review your plan and help set up a schedule and amount that better fits how you’d like to feed.
The quality of the product is superior to what I was using. Orders are shipped by pet, so no trying to sort it out when unpacking. I also appreciate that the product is pressure sterilized, easing my concerns for my pets' safety.

Yes! You've got it.🙌
We really appreciate the transparency of this brand, and I trust that I'm giving my girl the safest most manageable version of raw diet that I can.

Thank you, Courtney! That means so much to us.
Sylvie loves we feed raw. Every morning she expresses how much she loves it. She gets excited and she talks in her doggy talk. We’re having a great experience.

Awe, we love that!❤️💬
I am saddened to leave a bad review. However, I have never experienced more evasive and vague customer service. We Feed Raw has a set number of patties per box (28). If your dog needs more than that per month, you *should* receive a second box. I have two dogs and my subscription pays for a total of 63 patties per month (which would be 2.25 boxes, so I expected to receive 3 with one being only 1/4 full). However, this company has only sent me 2 boxes (a total of 56 patties) both times I received my order. The first time I didn’t notice I was short because we were weening off the other food. But with the second box, I now have nothing to feed my dogs for a week due to their mistake. When I contacted customer service about this, asking them to ship sooner, they said that they calculate shipment time based of off how many ounces you receive, and admitting that each box contains 28 patties (they will not change the ounces per box to fir your dog’s needs, unlike services such as the Farmer’s Dog, which is excellent). I told them I understand and that my dog was supposed to receive 35 patties (referring to only one of my dogs). They responded by saying that one dog was to receive 28, and one was to receive 35. They did not say anything else. I was already aware how much I should have been receiving, and trying to explain I was shorted, but they would just reiterate the same statement and then not respond for hours. I was hoping for a resolution, but instead they just told me what to feed my dogs in between without offering any sort of compensation or genuine apology. It felt insulting and evasive. This is the worst I have experienced, outside of someone being aggressively rude.

Hi Taylor, we’re sorry our initial reply did not clearly explain how your regular order was shipped. Your plan includes 63 patties every four weeks: 35 for Sun and 28 for Moon. Sun’s 35 patties were sent in two boxes—Moon’s 28 patties were sent in a third box. The two boxes for Sun were delivered July 28, and Moon’s box was delivered separately on July 29. All three boxes, totaling the full 63 patties on your plan, were delivered. We understand why seeing two boxes on the first delivery day was concerning, and we should have made the separate delivery clear right away. We have followed up directly to make sure any remaining questions are addressed. If you need help reviewing your future deliveries or meal plan, please email us at [email protected]. I'm very pleased with the food quality & service I've received. My Grey Chi rescue loves her food and is thriving on the Turkey. She has had a tough life & was under weight when we adopted her. Toys do not excite her. She will play the dog puzzles as she is food driven. Meal time is what she looks forward to so I want her to have the best nutrition. I love the packages as they make serving so much easier.
