We are thrilled to hear that you have been pleased with your experience. Thank you for the recommendation and we look forward to serving you in the future.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong contact power. I emailed their customer service and they responded quickly, sending me a return form. There was an option to exchange my unopened boxes. They sent me the replacements and kept me informed of the shipment until I received it, and I never had to guess or follow up on the status. - Well done!
