I ordered a set of glasses using my old prescription, but I didn't have my current PD measurement, I tried a few different ways to try and get it as accurate as possible, but ended up too narrow and while everything was in focus, I was experiencing discomfort, I used the included PD ruler that came with my glasses and made use of the warranty to get them remade, the process was very easy and they have a great support team, my glasses were great on the remake. I will be buying from here again!

I can't explain how much I love both pairs of glasses I received. I lost the pair I bought at my optometrist and was forced to wear a pair I purchased from another online eye glass company. They were making it hard to focus at work and giving me a slight headache. I ordered two pair with the same prescription from Payne Eyewear and my prescription was spot on, delivery was fast, selection was great and the pricing was very affordable. This will not be my last purchase from Payne Eyewear.
