Ordered contacts on a Thursday afternoon and I received them on Tuesday, plus it was a holiday weekend. I’m very pleased with their fast shipping. The system said my order was processed, but no tracking was available. I didn’t realize they were even shipped until I got a notice saying out for delivery. They do charge a processing fee which is steep so the online price definitely will not be the final price. However, first time ordering so I got a discount plus adding the processing fee was still cheaper than ordering from another company so I took a chance. My order arrived quickly in a well sealed box and they are my exact prescription. I was going to order more, but now the price is equal to other online retailers. Once I add the processing fee they will be even higher so I won’t order again unless they offer me the same discount as my original order. I’m still pleased with their service.

Thank you for your feedback! We are so happy to hear you had a great experience.
Bad experience. I had my eye exam a few months ago, and sent them the prescription with that date. But after submitting my contacts order and many days of waiting, Webeyecare got back to me and said that "my prescription expired," and that I would have to pay for a new exam with them. When I protested this, my order was cancelled. What kind of scam is this??? Update: Since my vision prescription was just issued a few months ago, Webeyecare should have been able to get a contacts prescription as well. Instead, they threw it on me, by telling me to pay them more money for their eye exam. I've taken my business elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Prescription requirements and expiration dates are based on applicable regulations and verification requirements. The prescription you submitted was for glasses. To fill your order, we needed a contact lens prescription, which is different from your glasses prescription. We contacted your doctor’s office, and they informed us that your contact lens prescription had expired. We offer our customers an online vision test option that is usually appreciated for its convenience and timely results. We are unable to dispense contact lenses without a valid contact lens prescription. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for your order and then learn that your prescription could not be used. We hope this clarifies the situation.
