Quick and fast support. Would want the top up fee to be a bit lower but other than that very pleased with the service. Cards work smoothly.

i got scammed - card not working with apple pay (chatting with the same "oliver" bot all the time telling me that he sent back the usdc to my wallet. he also mentions hes a human with this sentence: I'm a person, Oliver, sat here typing to you - not a bot. Furthermore, hes saying that its been 1 day even tho its been 4 hrs. total scam and i was so frustrated i couldnt add the card to apple pay wow.

Hi, We’re sorry to hear about your experience with Apple Pay. We’d like to clarify that neither we nor Mastercard impose any IP address or device restrictions on our cards. However, Apple Pay and Google Wallet have their own independent security and fraud prevention systems, which may restrict card activation based on account or device risk assessments. Unfortunately, these decisions are outside our control. Despite this issue not being caused by us, we have issued you a full refund, including all fees paid, ensuring you have not lost any money. We understand your frustration and hope our efforts to resolve the situation demonstrate our commitment to treating customers fairly. Best regards, WaldenPay Team
